To match candidates with appropriate potential opportunities, Gamen Group acquires candidate information through our custom online registration portal. Personal information acquired through candidate submissions includes basic information such as name, address, telephone number and e-mail address, as well information on current and past employers. This material provides Gamen Group staff with the information necessary to contact you and perform a basic initial viability assessment.

The Importance of Consultation

At Gamen Group, we firmly believe in the importance of close consultation and partnership with our candidates. We will not submit your résumé to one of our clients without speaking with you first. Our process is structured and based on exploration, dialogue and openness.

Who Receives Candidate Information

Gamen Group is an independent search firm. Candidate information is directed to Gamen Group recruiters who analyze the data and assess a candidate's suitability for current and possible future job openings. Gamen Group recruiters are dedicated to identifying and building relationships with the best candidates. Your information will not be shared with other recruiters outside of Gamen Group without first obtaining your consent.

Modifying Candidate Information

After completing the registration process and receiving a personalized password, candidates have the ability to update or modify their profile. If you wish to remove your profile from our database, please send us an e-mail to jobs@gamengroup.com with a request for profile deletion and relevant profile information and your account will be removed from our database.

This Privacy Statement may be reviewed and modified periodically and any updates will automatically appear on this page.
